Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine in Norther District of Texas, Dallas

The Federal Sentencing Guidelines recommended a sentence for 22-27 years in Prison. Client was responsible for trafficking almost 19 kilograms of amphetamine, thus earning a baseline line offense of 38. After a lengthy hearing, I was able to convince the Judge to depart downward from the guideline recommendation and sentence my Client to 15 years in prison. Keep in mind that every case is different.
